C&H FARM

About us

About us

heart

We are committed to natural farming methods, and have started a farm in the highlands of northern Thailand in search of a tropical dry climate, starting from soil preparation through repeated trial and error, and we have finally become able to sell our products. In order to ensure a stable supply throughout the year as much as possible, we cooperate with like-minded farms in other regions, so that we can respond to climate change and contribute to the SDGs within the group, since the harvest times are different.Furthermore, in order to obtain GAP certification, we are working to reduce food loss by utilizing latest flash freezing technology to preserve freshness. Through these efforts, we are trying to realize sustainable agriculture so that more and more people can enjoy finger limes, always aiming for food safety and a stable supply throughout the year for our customers.

Finger Lime

dish

Jewel of the Forest, Finger Lime

Finger limes are also called "caviar of the forest" or "caviar lime" for their unique grainy pulp. These tiny grains are beautiful to look at and delightful to eat.

Appetizingly Bright Colors

Finger limes come in a wide variety of colors and add a splash of color to any dish. Their stunning color variation makes them an attractive accent to enhance hors d'oeuvres and main dishes.

Just the right amount of acidity and aroma

Finger lime offers a refreshing lime flavor base with subtly different herbal and fruit notes depending on the variety and maturity of the lime. For example, notes of shiso, mint, lemongrass, grapefruit, and raspberry can be detected.

Try it!

It can be served with raw oysters, smoked salmon, seafood, roast beef, cured ham, prosciutto, sushi and kaiseki dishes, as well as desserts and cakes. It also pairs well with champagne, gin and tonic, and rum-based cocktails.

Quality that you can use with confidence.

Finger limes grow in full sun and are prone to slight blemishes on the outer skin, but this does not affect their quality or flavor. They can be frozen and retain their texture after thawing.
